The ID number is the accreditation number with the Health Insurance Council
? Where can I get the Nphies platform ID
The Nphies platform uses the National Health Information Center (NHIC) identifier for your facility, which you can obtain from the Seha platform. It is called the unified health record number and consists of 14 digits.
? What can I do if I do not have an account on the Seha platform
you can create an account on the Seha platform by following the guide available on the Seha website Here.
? When registering, I receive an error message (wrong ID number)
You must verify that the ID number (accreditation number) has been entered correctly and without spaces. If the problem still exists, you can attach a screenshot of the problem you are facing to the support team through the following email: onboarding@chi.gov.sa

You must make sure that you have logged into Nphies Academy before starting to watch the course and that the entire video has been watched so that you can move on to the next lesson. How can I obtain a course completion certificate?
Learners can obtain the certificate by completing all mandatory lessons for the course content. A green check mark will appear next to the completed lessons.
Where can I get a course certificate?
Course certificates will be generated automatically at the end of the course. Or by going to User Profile / My Menu / Course Certificate?
Do I have to evaluate the course to obtain the certificate ?
Yes, course evaluation is required to obtain the certificate
I finished the course and could not download the certificate ?
To obtain a course completion certificate, your viewing percentage must be higher than 95%. If you have reached the required percentage and the certificate is not issued by the system, you can contact technical support
If I have more than one branch, do I have to obtain a certificate in the name of each branch ?
If you have a different Champion for each branch, each Champion must take the course. However, if you have one Champion at the organization level, you do not need to have certificate for each branch

How to choose the authorized person for the Nphies platform ?
The best person to be nominated as an authorized person will be from senior positions in the facility (CEO, Deputy General Manager, etc.) and it is recommended that the authorized person be in direct contact with a Nphies champion and be fluent in both Arabic and English.
How many authorized persons should be assigned?
Only one authorized person should be assigned at the organization level.
What is the responsibility of the authorized person?
The authorized person who will act as a representative of the organization, and who will be responsible for the following:
- Register the organization/facility in the portal.
- Accept the terms of use and communicate them to the organization/facility to achieve compliance.
- Ensure that a deputy is delegated to carry out tasks and responsibilities whenever required.
How to choose Nphies champion?
Here are a number of qualities that will help you nominate the best champion:
- Proactive.
- Willing to communicate positively and effectively in a timely manner.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Familiar with the insurance side of business.
How many Nphies champion should be appointed ?
Only one Nphies champion should be appointed per organization
Note: Additional champion may be appointed for each facility within one organization for exceptional cases.
Can the champion be the authorized person?
Yes, the champion can be the authorized person as long as he is qualified, but this is not mandatory.

You can obtain the authorized person form by reading (the registration guide on the Nphies platform) attached in the attachments box below the video lesson three
Where is the stamped authorized person form uploaded ?
You must upload the stamped form on the unified portal on the facility information page
